Jenni Miller is a consultant, facilitator and coach who is passionate about people development. Her entire career has been spent helping businesses develop their people having spent 13 years in Organisational Development / Learning and Development roles in the high tech and telecommunications sectors.
Jenni is highly experienced in designing organisation wide learning and development strategies and loves the learning process, being a skilled facilitator herself specialising in coaching, communications and influencing skills.

As a coach, Jenni particularly enjoys working with clients through times of transition or challenge, helping them to work more effectively with others and build their personal impact. She is skilled at building deep levels of rapport with her clients and helps them to tap into resources which enable them to fulfil their potential.
Jenni has held senior OD and L&D roles within global organisations and has lived and worked internationally. She has designed, delivered, and evaluated large scale global programmes across a variety of industries. She has particular experience of working with clients of varying sizes in the Telecomms, Technology, Military, Media, Shipping, and Beverage sectors.
She has a Postgraduate Diploma in Training and Development, is an NLP Master Practitioner and experienced NLP Trainer and is qualified in Psychometrics Level A. Jenni is a member of the ICF and is certified in DiSC and SHL CEB OPQ.
