“I’ve worked with Lottie for over three years now, both as my personal Executive Coach and she has also facilitated team meetings for three entirely different teams that I’ve managed. She very quickly gets the team dynamic and not only does she understand the individual drivers and overall limitations of team effectiveness, she also has a broad set of tools to have the team work on fun exercises. These make the flaws of a team very visible to everyone and then offer some other tools and practices on how to improve. And here’s the best thing of all: it works!”
