Brett has conducted a wide range of coaching assignments, organizational studies, and leadership assessments. Areas of expertise include individual business performance executive coaching, organizational climate and culture analysis, team effectiveness, and international readiness and family assessments. He has strong experience with the Tech, Manufacturing, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Utility and Retail industries.
Brett has a global mindset with extensive experience in multinational cultures, including work in Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific. He holds a Ph.D in Psychology and is a licensed psychologist in Wisconsin, where he lives in Milwaukee.
