In her career, Cath has worked across three sectors in the UK and Asia Pacific, with blue chip companies, banks, public sector organisations and high profile charities. She specialises in coaching and mentoring, leadership development, building self awareness and positive impact. Her clients include CISCO, Cancer Research UK, PwC, Barclays, The Prince’s Trust and Teaching Leaders. She works with groups and individuals, in workshops and coaching / mentoring relationships and action learning sets.
Cath is both a NLP and MBTI practitioner. She is an Associate Credentialed Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and is certified in Action Learning Set facilitation. In addition, Cath has strong business and commercial skills having trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in her early career with Price Waterhouse (ICAEW ACA 1993).
Cath is a Certified Coaching Supervisor with Oxford Brookes Business School and a Professional Credentialed Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. She is certified in Standout and Strengths based coaching and is both an NLP and MBTI practitioner. Cath has strong business and commercial skills having trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in her early career with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
