      Jennifer Turner Davis

      CONSULTANT

Jennifer is committed to the coaching relationship being one of mutual trust, compassion, and respectful challenge. She believes that through thoughtful collaboration, honest self-reflection, and a willingness to be vulnerable to the point of growth, she and her clients bring out the best in each other.

      Skills and style

Jennifer’s coaching is based on her belief that positive, lasting change occurs when people have a deeply felt commitment to their goals. She is efficient in helping people identify their motivators and align their values and actions to achieve their visions of success. She uses a blend of neuroscience-based coaching, thoughtful listening, and joyful creativity to assist her clients to design a customized and dynamic plan for personal, professional, and/or team development.

One client described Jennifer as a “quiet extrovert,” showing that beneath Jennifer’s quiet and pragmatic exterior there is a woman with keen insight and a rich sense of humor. Jennifer frequently sees the upside of situations by finding humor in the daily challenges of life. Jennifer’s approach to coaching is often described as effective, grounding, and insightful.

As a coach and facilitator, Jennifer is noted for her ability to genuinely connect with people and provide support as they optimize their passions and strengths.

      Experience

Jennifer began her formal career in coaching in 2003, yet her previous career as an Occupational Therapist was closely aligned with coaching and adult learning. Her coaching clients range from global corporations to sole proprietorships. Jennifer’s clients come from

many business sectors including, but not limited to: Healthcare, Marketing, Technology, Agriculture, Insurance and Finance, Education, and Non-Profits.

In addition to workplace coaching and adult learning, Jennifer has extensive experience in coaching family caregivers (i.e. caring for aging parents, living with mental health diagnoses, self-care for the caregiver, etc.).

Jennifer is an accredited Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coach Federation, and a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist (OTR/L). In addition, she is a licensed coach and facilitator of the transformational program Best Year Yet!® for teams and individuals, and is certified in Hogan Assessments. Jennifer holds a Masters of Science in the Neuroscience of Leadership from Middlesex University (UK) in coordination with the Professional Development Foundation.

“Your gift is the ability to bring clarity and calm to those who are struggling with overwhelm, stress, and way too many challenges. I often hear ‘it’s lonely at the top’, but our coaching has proven otherwise. Thank you for being my thought partner and confidante.”
