      Business transformation

      We engage at the level of the organization when our approach and expertise mean we can create a useful impact for the business and the people. The scope of our larger projects ranges from transforming stubborn system dynamics to cultivating coaching cultures to providing specific skills training. We offer creativity, flexibility, and enthusiasm in our work with our client partners.

      Creating a new conversation

      When we engage beyond the level of the leader and the team, at least one of these three factors are present:

      • There is a need to scale new learning and development across a chunk of the organization. We can work with you to determine the best way to meet the learning needs and partner with you to develop a customized, measurable program. It is important to us that any larger scale intervention has a strategic impact and represents appropriate use of organizational budget. As examples, in recent years we have:
        • Designed and delivered scalable coaching programs for Directors and above backed by psychometric dataset analysis to generate insight about the leadership culture
        • Created customized executive retreats for functional leaders to explore pertinent issues, share thought leadership and build leadership capacity
        • Designed and delivered highly specific skills training to close behavioural gaps affecting business performance
      • Senior executives and their teams recognize that systemic issues may be affecting organizational dynamics, blocking cultural change, and constraining business performance – and they are looking for a different approach that can deliver transformation. We are very interested in the new information generated when the business is viewed through a systemic lens. We provide systemic consulting and design experiential interventions that bring system dynamics to life in real time. Recent examples include:
        • Designing and facilitating custom offsites that enable senior teams to explore the team and organizational dynamic in a fresh, illuminating way
        • Engaging with leaders one conversation at a time to create insight through systemic mapping
      • Our unique knowledge and client partnership can be usefully applied to solve a business problem or create new possibilities. Examples of our interests in this area include:
        • Developing humanities and liberal arts based self-directed learning programs for large corporates
        • Contributing to the conversation about ethics, morality and trustworthiness in the technology, investment banking, and energy sectors
        • Fostering the development of meaningful peer coaching and mentoring networks
        • Bringing leading edge learning about neuroscience-based stress reduction techniques to life through the Transforming Stress and Pressure program
        • Finding ways to connect safety leadership across different industry sectors to enable insight and cross pollination. As an example, we would very much like to connect our friends in the aviation sector with the healthcare sector.
