Experience

After successful careers in the arts and creative industries where she was an award-winning theatre director and script executive in TV drama, Caroline trained as an executive coach and facilitator. She coaches leaders and teams across all sectors including finance, pharmaceuticals, mining, publishing, technology, consultancy and global humanitarian organizations.

She holds a PCC Credential with the International Coaching Federation, and has studied Large Scale Intervention and System Change with NTL, and facilitation with Roger Schwartz.
